OUR GLORIOUS NEW ADMINISTRATION

Chaos has gripped our fair nation since the shameful murder of the Minister
for Magic by a still unidentified member of The Revolution last year. However,
after several administrative changes, our country has finally emerged with a new
minister. Under his leadership, order has been restored and Britain is finally on its
way to expunging the threat of halfbreeds from every corner of the land.

Several new ordinances have accompanied the new administration. Effective
immediately, the anarchist group known as "The Revolution" is to be considered
dangerous. Known members will be detained for questioning, and leaders will
be arrested on suspicion of violence against the ministry. The secret society known
as "The Order of the Phoenix" is henceforth considered an enemy of the state, and
any individual suspected of conspiring with these insidious terrorists against
the will of the state will be detained for questioning. Halfbreeds, all those who suffer
from vampirism or lycanthropy, are henceforth to be considered dangerous
creatures. Any discovered to be living within the state will be arrested, and
they may not be enrolled in classes at Hogwarts. Muggle-borns are also barred from
admittance to the school. Those whose blood status is in question will be detained
for questioning. Anyone who suspects that someone in their company is in
violation of these new laws should report them to the Department of Magical Purity.

This is a difficult time for many, but finally the ministry has risen again to bring
glorious order out of the chaos. All students who meet the Standards of
Purity will be expected to return to Hogwarts tomorrow.
Magic is Might, so let us work towards keeping Britain Great.
