After a strange summer where they had to leave camp after a werewolf hunter attack, it felt good to be back in school. The pack was currently staying in houses in Scotland provided by what once was the Liberamarch. It felt strange to be away from the pack again but he was glad Lisa was here with him. Lewis had been in ecstasy that Lisa had been placed into his house. The Whelan cousins had been jumping on the couch in the common room and hugging. "Yesss team badger let's gooo!" He chanted. "How do you like Hogwarts so far? The beds are pretty strange, huh? It's actually pretty funny that our entire pa- family now sleeps in beds. So in a way we're all going through the same," he said with a soft smile.
Lisa was beyond excited to be at Hogwarts. Summer sure had been a wild ride, so hopefully things could only get better. “Wooh, go Hufflepuff!” she said, giving her cousin a hug. “It seems like the best house to me. The common room is so cool!” It was indeed, with lots of couches and those bed things.
“Hogwarts seems really cool so far. It’s so big! And those bed things are super weird. Is it true there’s an Astronomy class where you can look at the moon?” she babbled excitedly. Lisa liked the moon for obvious reasons. “Mm, I wonder how the pa- family feels about beds.” She was glad the pack was alright after everything. LEWIS WHELAN

"Yessss!! Go team badger!" Lewis cheered along with his cousin. He was so glad she was here with him. Even if he had found his way around Hogwarts, it was great to have some family around. The pack had always been super tight. He hoped things would settle down at the pack and that Lisa would like Hogwarts as much as he did.
"It's HUUUUGEEE! I got lost all the time during my first year. But I can show you the way!" He grinned proudly. As the next pack leader this was a good chance to practice. He wanted to do well and be as reliable as his dad was. "Yeah we have those! It's super cool. I saw the moon bunny and all!" He wondered how Lisa would like Astronomy. "Hehe, I guess we're all going through the same experience. You should write Thomas about it! He'd love to hear about his big sister's first days at the big castle." His eyes shot around the common room, looking for a student eating candy. He wanted Lisa to experience those things but the pack couldn't afford it.
Lisa giggled. It felt good to have her cousin around. Sure, her classmates were nice, but it was great to have someone who really understood her.
“That would be good.” she said, relieved. Hogwarts was massive and those staircases waited for no man. Having someone to point her in the right direction when she got lost would be a massive help. “Wait, you saw the moon bunny?” Lisa had heard great tales of the rabbit that lived in the moon. “That’s so cool! You’ve gotta show me sometime.” she said. “Good idea! I’ll write to Thomas and tell him all about it, I’m sure he’s excited to go.” she agreed. It would be nice to share her own stories of Hogwarts to her little brother, it would be even better once they got more pack members at the school. LEWIS WHELAN

Lewis nodded proudly, finally showing signs of being the first pack member to go to Hogwarts. “And once your brother starts his studies here, you can show him!” If both Lisa and he kept doing good, from now on every child would be able to come here instead of being taught in the pack. It was a movement that had received mixed responses from the pack as some thought it was foolish. But Lewis was happy to be here and he hoped Lisa would have a great time herself.
“Yeah! I can point it out to you when it’s full moon, that's when it’s best visible,” he grinned as they spoke about the moon bunny. They’d just have to wait till it was there. “I’m sure he misses you but knowing you’re having a good time here will certainly help.” LISA WHELAN,
Lisa loved Hogwarts. She always knew that she would, but it was better than she ever could have imagined. Sure, the magic, moving staircases and flying were cool, but the best thing about it was all the people she got to talk to. There were so many people that she didn’t even know everyone in her year. Still, it was difficult not to out the secrets about the pack, though she knew she never ever would.
“Yeah, I can’t wait to show him!” Lisa couldn’t wait to see the moon bunny either. “That’d be great,” she grinned. “Do you think the pack will let the other young members come to Hogwarts when they’re old enough?” she asked. She really hoped so, they were going to love it. LEWIS WHELAN

Lewis was surprised he had been able to keep their pack a secret for so long. He only told his best friend Love but only because the Hufflepuff was a werewolf himself. In a way Lewis was actually a bit jealous as he had to wait until the age of eighteen. Even then he'd first have to do the test to see if he was worthy. But clearing Hogwarts for a new generation of pack members would be his biggest task. He was glad to have his cousin by his side.
"Shh we can't talk about it loudly," he whispered and hushed the new Hufflepuff. Though he couldn't blame her enthusiasm. "We should call it the family while we are here," he said but then nodded. "Our job is to make enough allies so it is safe for everyone to go. And sniff out how the witches and wizards of today feel about our people."
“Oops, sorry!” Lisa whispered. She hadn’t realised how loudly she had been talking. She nodded, she agreed that calling the pack ‘the family’ was safer given the circumstances. She was somewhat in awe of her cousin for being able to keep a secret for so long. Before she came to Hogwarts she couldn’t fathom keeping a secret that big, but she hoped she’d be able to keep it hidden now that she was here.
Lisa was happy to have a job to do at Hogwarts. Building allies sounded really cool, like they were in an adventure story or something. “It’s like a secret mission!” she grinned. It was important. She wanted Thomas and all the other young pack members to be able to go here too. LEWIS WHELAN

"Nobody seemed to have heard," he concluded after taking a look around. "But you'll have to be careful, there are still a lot of people who don't like us. We don't know who is friend or foe yet." Most Hufflepuffs would likely be fine but there were enough people who could have other opinions.
He nodded. "Indeed a secret mission and we're the top spied inviltrating the enemy base." This probably sounded a lot cooler than it actually was. But considering the mount of packmembers that had been opposed to sending their children to Hogwarts it wasn't far of. Putting a hand on her shoulder he looked deeply into his niece's eyes. "We've got this, we're a wonder team"
Lisa breathed a sigh of relief. She didn’t want to accidentally blow their secret. She nodded at her cousin’s words, and couldn’t help thinking about who might be the foe, and who the friend. She thought of Kale, whom she considered a good friend. Surely Kale wouldn’t mind! Still, Lisa thought, she had better keep her mouth shut.
She gasped excitedly. “Spies on a secret mission! That’s really cool,” she said. She grinned broadly. “That’s right, we are a wonder team,” she whispered happily. “I’m sure the rest of the family will be able to come. Or at least I think so.” LEWIS WHELAN
