HENRI FONTAINE was unsuccessful. The snake bit him and caused a small injury before it slithered away.
((He has 8 HP now.))
DESIREE FONTAINE tried to set the Devil's Snare on fire but she missed and it squeezed her leg tight. It injured her and then released her and slunk away.
((She has 6 HP now.))
((EVERYONE! Adding something new to the Task - If you arrive at a location where there is an item, you can wait there for a post (as long as there isn't anything to fight) and heal 1 HP.))

Although Silvia did not take Care of Magical Creatures classes, recounts of a certain dramatic lesson did reach her. Aiden, who had been at the center of that drama, told her all about it. The story had been somewhat funny, but what seemed important to Silvia at the moment was the one fact the professor at Hogwarts had not wanted to share with his students - a Fwooper's song could drive one insane. Probably not all at once, but she didn't care to test out how long it would take.
She raised her wand at the pretty bird, glad to know how dangerous it was instead of just how useful its feathers could be. "Silencio!" Just in case the spell failed, she had her free hand already raised close to her ear, ready to cover it should the bird decide to grace her with some twittering.

It almost felt like he was the last person there. This wasn't a great start to the games but what could he do? Oh, that's right. Just simply direct his little metal tube into the night sky. With still nothing in front of him, he started to feel frustration as he directed his telescope elsewhere.

After trying to perform the spell, he saw that it was not successful because the damn creature bit him. He screamed at the top of his lungs, the pain was quite painful. Before the creature left, Henri dedicated several foul words to them and their entire family before continuing. Remembering the words of the mirror, the French boy took his new course.

The devil’s snare squeezed tighter around her ankle, causing her spell to go awry as she let out a yelp of pain. When it finally released, and she managed to stand up, Desiree realized her ankle was a little worse for wear. Probably not broken, but definitely tender. As she tried to walk, a spark of pain shot up her leg every time she placed too much pressure on the delicate joint. She glared down at her ankle in frustration. She would not let some silly injury hold her back. Pointing her wand at the offending ankle, she cast, “Percuro,” hoping to at least aid in the healing process so her ankle wouldn’t slow her down too much moving forward.
She was behind but that didn't matter much to her. At least she was a champion and in the end the only thing that mattered was winning the third task, this one just set you up nicely for the second task and what not. But didn't matter Much in overall winning. Emma found an empty telescope and took a hold of it pointing it to the north east and up to see if she could find her constellation.

Zero for two. Things weren't going very well for Ares, spell wise. Not object wise, either. He wondered if other Champions had a lot of items yet or not. He hoped not.
Ares decided to get on his way to hopefully find his first object. He knew he was under the bridge to the Osservatorio, so that atleast helped him know where he was. Maybe if he went... this way, he thought, as he spun around a bit to get his bearings before walking in a decided direction.

Desiree tested her ankle, and found she could place a bit more weight on it without pain. It wasn’t perfect, but it would do until she could see the healer after the task. Lighting the tip of her wand once more, she turned to head in a new direction, hoping she would have better luck finding the rest of the objects without encountering more vines. As she made her way, she kept glancing down at her necklace, trying to see if it would light up once again, either confirming or denying her suspicions about its usage.

The spell didn't work. Silvia covered her ears as soon as the bird began singing, but couldn't seem to shut it out completely. After it left, she found she couldn't quite concentrate. She felt dizzy and somewhat disoriented. Where had she been going, what direction? East, back towards the palace, wasn't it? The blonde nodded to herself and resumed her walk... albeit not in the intended direction.

After walking for a while, he decided it was better to examine the wound, because it had not reached any point. He took some time to see what condition his wound was in. He sighed and used the wand, "Percuro!" whispered, scowling. He was worried there was something worse than a simple wound, but he would know after trying to heal the wound with a spell.

" There's the bugger!" He mumbled finally locating the constellation as he rolled his eyes and felt a bit of the stress roll off his shoulders. " Right then. " He said doing his best with one hand to obtain some paper and a quill dipped in ink before drawing the constellation rather badly. He was definitely not an artist but still did his best.
Once drawn, he decided to walk back towards the chests to see what reaction would occur between the drawing and the chests. Considering there wasn't many left, he went to all of them to see what kind of reaction he would get. He was only going off by what the others had done before him.
