Do you want to get more involved at TB? Do you want to help out but don't have enough time to be a staff member? Club Leaders lead the clubs and Quidditch teams at Hogwarts by posting meetings and practices.

Acceptance isn't guaranteed and is based on your overall activity of coming on TB and posting regularly, even if it's OOC posts. If you do not qualify, we will PM you asking to see more activity and then you can sign up again 2 weeks later.

Requirements as a Team Leader:

All Team Leaders must be in the club before signing up to be the Leader of the club.

Club Leader: Post at least 1 meeting per term. It must be posted within 3 in character months of becoming leader (if at the start of term, by the end of November). If you fail to do so, you will not be the leader next term. Must be third year or higher.

Quidditch Captain: Post at least 1 practice per term. It must be posted within 3 in character months of becoming leader (if at the start of term, by end of November). Participate in at least 1 Quidditch game per year. If you fail to do so, you will not be Captain next term. Must be fifth year or higher.

Posting Your Meeting

It's necessary to post at least one meeting (or practice, for Quidditch) per term, but you may do more if you wish. In order for others to see that it was posted, please tag them. And also go over to the Club Sign-Ups and reply with the link. Then a Mod will put it in the topic so others can see it was posted. We'll also be using that list to see who were active club leaders in the term.

Please note that your meeting must be more than just a meet and greet. You must have a plan and something for the characters to do. Just like how in lessons, professors have to have some sort of subject matter. Your character doesn't have to be teaching something, but everyone showing up, saying hi and doing nothing else won't be accepted.

If you can't think of some subject matter for your meeting, feel free to ask for help. (:
