WEREWOLVES IN SCOTLAND
The Ministry of Magic has made many changes over the last couple of months. One of the major ones is that Burke has signed a bill to allow all creatures back at Hogwarts.
For the past while, werewolves were no longer allowed to attend Hogwarts. There had been a few werewolf attacks on students, and newly created werewolf students, which had caused the Ministry to ban them from the school for the safety of the rest of the student population. However, Burke believes that they have a right to an education in their own country (as many of them had chosen to go to another school instead).
Burke has instigated the construction of a building off the grounds of Hogwarts where the werewolf students can safely transform. The werewolves would stay there for the three days of their transformation and be administered with Wolfsbane Potions, as to ease the transformation.
In the building, there are plans for a Library and study areas, as well as a common room and an outdoor area for some fresh air and relaxation during the day. The students would not be allowed to go back to Hogwarts back and forth during these three days, but would have all the resources to continue their studies while away from the school.
All three nights, the werewolves will be brought to their separate rooms, administered with the Wolfsbane Potion and kept watch so they don't harm themselves or others. The Hogwarts Healers, Potions Master and Ministry will all work together to make sure that this is a safe precaution for both the werewolves and the rest of the students of Hogwarts.
This safe place for the werewolf students is set to be finished by May, Burke stated.

WHERE IS POTTER?
The Ministry of Magic is still trying to track down Harry Potter, who is wanted for the assassination of Stuart Thawley.
A few months ago, Thawley was assassinated in his very office and Harry Potter was seen nearby. Prior to this, Potter had not stepped into the Ministry for many months and was on the run for not being a part of the National Defense Squad. He had, on more than one occasion, voiced his dislike of the Ministry and was also wanted for leading and participating in a vigilante group. He thought he was above the law, but no one expected him to take the law in his own hands and murder the Minister for Magic.
Eyewitness accounts saw him right outside the Minister's office and even friends and colleagues have come forward telling the Ministry that he admitted to them that he wanted to kill the Minister for Magic.
However, many of his friends and acquaintances have been questioned about his whereabouts and no one has a clue.
As far as the Ministry knows, the Order of the Phoenix has disbanned without its leader. Any vigilantism is still illegal and the Ministry has stated that anyone caught doing this will be arrested.
The Ministry encourages anyone who wishes to combat dark wizards to join the Ministry in the Department for Magical Law Enforcement.
They also have stated for everyone to remain cautious if spotting Potter. Do not approach him. Get to a safe location and contact the Ministry of Magic as soon as you are able.
