Nisha was attempting another bold experiment, a map of Hogwarts something to include in her future book about Hogwarts. However another student a 6th year from Hufflepuff had given Nish something interesting a little information about a secret passage UNDER the lake to Hogsmeade! She'd been once or twice when she was a little younger spending the summer with her Mom and brother with her Aunt and cousins on vacation, and seeing as Hogsmeade trips started taking place later in her school years wouldn't having this little secret help her go before her 3rd year? She'd have time to even explore before others her age!
She was currently standing outside the door leading to the dungeons, she had figured that under the lake was perhaps to literal but perhaps starting in the dungeons and finding where it connects UNDER the lake would be the best place to start.
Romy emerged from the Potions Master’s office happily after a Q&A session with Professor Cassowary. She was certainly not the biggest nerd at Hogwarts, but she did like brewing potions and often had questions about the ingredients and methodology that she ended up asking outside of class hours. Satisfied with what she just learned, the Hufflepuff hugged her notebook to her chest as she jogged up the staircase. Luckily her common room was not far from the dungeons, so she could return to the comfort of her sunny dormitory quickly after each visit to the dark Potions corridor. She paused however, when she almost ran into another student standing just outside the dungeon exit.
“Oh, sorry!” she chuckled awkwardly, and landed safely beside Nisha at the top of the staircase. Romy was about to nod politely and continue on her way, when she thought that the girl, whom she recognised as a first year, perhaps looked a bit lost. If that was the case, she completely empathised - she lost her bearings all the time in her first year too! She still did! “Are you looking for something?” she asked kindly.
