Leo loved being a prefect, despite the many challenges it gave him, both in the forms of having a little bit of a target on his back from pranksters and because it was another thing to balance on top of his busy schedule. But there was one thing that made him really enjoy it: spending time with his housemates. He could remember when he was their age, even if it wasn't so long ago.
Every now and then, Leo set up "office hours" where the younger students could talk to him. Or the older ones, if any of the seventh years thought he had anything worth saying. Mostly it was just a way to make the Slytherin dungeons just a tiny little bit more comfortable for the students that lived there.
He'd had some house elves help him make a few posters to stick in the common room advertising some games set up for the Slytherins to relax with, along with cocoa and blankets. There was even yarn set up for crochet, knitting, and other crafts. Leo was attempting to knit some matching scarfs for his dads, which for him involved a lot of counting. Still, he was hoping to have someone to talk to while he crafted.
