DODECA IN EGYPT
For the first time in 20 years, the Quidditch World Cup and Dodecawizard Tournament have lined up again. To be fair, it was called the Triwizard Tournament back then. However, 1999 was changed to involve six schools with two Champions from each, bringing the total Champions to twelve.
If you've been in a hole for the last two decades and know nothing about this international competition, it takes place between six schools and is hosted at a different school each year. The Champions complete three tasks and only one comes out victorious, with the Dodecawizard Cup and 1,000 Galleons cash.
In 1999, it was hosted at Firenze Academy in Italy. In 2004, it was hosted at Beauxbatons Academy in France. In 2009, it was hosted at Augustine School in Australia. Now in 2014 it will be hosted in Dahshur, Egypt.
Hogwarts students who are sixteen or older will attend the mysterious Egyptian magical school from October-May. There isn't much to say about it, including its exact location. However, one thing we do know is all of the participating schools. It rotates every year, it seems, though Hogwarts, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons have been constants throughout it all. They will attend once more with Dahshur as well as Firenze (Italy) and Salem (USA).
From here at the Daily Prophet, we wish our Champions good luck in Egypt and will be bringing you all the latest news on the events of this year's Dodecawizard Tournament.

I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for New Sweets
We all know the usual sweets Honeydukes offers, but did you hear about the new sweets they recently released?
That's right, folks. New sweets.
These sweets made their debut at Hogwarts where Honeydukes ran a fundraiser to help fund future Hogwarts events. Created by Naomi Johnson, owner of Honeydukes, these sweets include the Not So Sweets Syrup, Chocolate Coma Fudge, Twinkalicious Tarts, Mystical Gummies and Moody Beanies.
Here's our quick review of these new releases:
Not So Sweets Syrup: Perfect for those who don't like how sweet sweets can often be. We dipped a Chocolate Frog into this syrup, and it ended up being the tastiest balance of sweet and chocolaty.
Chocolate Coma Fudge: The flavour of chocolate packed into this fudge is enough to put anyone into a sweets coma! We couldn't finish the whole thing, but it was delicious nevertheless.
Twinkalicious Tarts: Sold in boxes of four, each bite of a tart tastes like a different season. Whether it is the fragrance of summertime or the chills of winter, you'll find yourself reminiscing about all the seasons in the middle of spring!
Mystical Gummies: A simpler sweet, the gummies change into different mystical creatures inside your mouth. From unicorns to Hippogriffs, each creature produces their own fruity flavour.
Moody Beanies: The most peculiar sweets of the bunch, the Moody Beanies change your mood temporarily. With just one box, you might experience hundreds of moods within an hour.
