Brooke listened to her list of her possibilities of who she was thinking about taking. Thalia seemed unsure about who she really wanted to take and Brooke thought that was slightly weird. It was a date night why not take her boyfriend. She go out any time with her best friend but on valentines day it made sense to take the boyfriend. "Well that seems like a dilemma you got there. How come I have a feeling that you aren't sure of your feelings about both of them." Brooke said just guessing from the little bit that she had heard from Thalia just now. "Oh I'm going to take my boyfriend. We were living in different countries last year do to our jobs so we didn't get to spend the day with each other. I was hoping to make up for that this year."
Thalia nodded her head, "Yeah... I do have feelings for both, to be perfectly honest. But... for @endgame, the feelings go one way. He has made no moves or anything, so... yeah, I would maybe go for Silas..." She was still torn, but yes, she would have to take her boyfriend.
Hearing her story how they lived in different countries last year, broke Thalia's heart. "Aww really? Was he gone for work?" She could understand. Theodore was gone for about a year or two in Germany. It was rough being without him and walking her life alone.

Brooke listened as she told her about her feelings for both boys. She couldn't understand the feelings for two people at once but she could understand the unrequited feelings. For a while she had feelings for Cameo while he didn't have feelings for her. Or at least he wasn't sure at that time. "I can kind of understand that. It sucks, and it sounds like a conversation we should talk more about. But maybe not tonight with the party and what not. How about we meet up and we could talk about it some more. You sound like you need someone who isn't involved to just listen and I am good at listening to problems." Brooke told her. She didn't know the girl that well but she would help her if she could.
Brooke chuckled when Thalia asked if Cameo was the one out of town last year and she said."Oh no. I was the one out of the country last year. I got a job at Dahshur and was teaching there last term. I just moved back this year." Brooke told her. "But he has gone to other countries for work and what not while we were and were not together. So it was only fair that I went this past year."
